The Phoenix Community Development & Investment Corporation’s (PCDIC) mission is to attract and provide funds for projects that will improve the quality of life for individuals who live and work in underserved areas. PCDIC was formed in 2002 by the City of Phoenix and is certified by the U.S. Treasury as a Community.
